Since becoming interested in food and agricultural issues, I read food-related books almost exclusively. Not surprisingly, I am also a cookbook fanatic. Friends have asked me for book suggestions, so here is a list of some of my favorite books (wide range of topics and types) and cookbooks to get you excited and engaged with food. In addition to the books listed below, I subscribe to Food and Wine Magazine and Bon Appetit Magazine (which was sent to me in replace of my beloved Gourmet Magazine). I also follow countless food inspired blogs, which you can share with me by following me on Google Reader.
